There is also of course Monday Night Worlds. Lets not forget Thursdays as well for the local racing of either mountain or road. Saturdays is also crucial because really, its the weekend, and it makes for a nice block of riding.
But Sundays, thats the big one - big groups and big miles [plus a few laughs, especially when it involves trucker 'staches].
