Hunkered down in a small room with a common goal. Push, pull, suffer, repeat.

The plan is laid out, the orders are given, and you just do. Not because you necessarily want to, but you have to. And really as long as the music is good, any workout is tolerable.

It also helps to go out after for smokey 'n spicey eats afterwards with this guy and this guy.
