It has been one month since any bike commitments had to be filled. Looking ahead to the next few weeks it seems prudent to start some more pedaling.
Its going to be all about bashes and bike races. But until then it will require some two-wheeled reacquaintance. Why does fitness take so long to acquire, but it vanishes so quickly?
