Sometimes getting outside to ride just isn't in the cards. You feel bad, but occassionally you've got to lock it up and keep it stationary.
Notice a common thread amongst many of the riders gracing the covers of the videos? Dopage....or alleged Dopage.

Here is my personal equation with going stationary since I lack the equipment:
