Now in its fifth (or maybe even sixth) season, it has become a must in the weekly ritual.
More often then not it is a ride built upon a premise of pain and suffering - it caps a weekend of riding and racing, and starts off a week training. Some have even been suspected of skipping weekend rides and races just to be fresh for whatever Monday might bring.
What makes for the ideal M.N.W. you might ask?
1. At least one verbal confrontation between riders.
2. Multiple sessions of violent riding derived from either anger, passion, or just plain instigation.
3. The rare but enjoyable post-ride BBQ.
