In time the fields will grow, but for now expect to line up next to the same 20 guys (and gals) every two weeks and take relentless shots at each other - all in the name of cycling. So now comes the hard part - what do you do for the next two weeks to prepare? Do you train non-stop? Or, do you go for the taper and rest regime?
JLo - you are overtrained. Rest, relax, and don't touch the bike until May 13th.
