Hope Your Training*

Be sure to ride your bike at least a couple of times (perhaps down the Greenway) and practice having a couple of drinks as well.

*There will be an event coming up in the next several weeks which may involve both.




Settimo put out some watts at the Country Cross C Race, then he put together some film from the A & B race. Enjoy.
