Free Coaching

Having a coach these days is fairly common place amongst all levels of cyclists. Well here is a training plan that is guaranteed to yield something - maybe results, and most certainly fatigue.

PHASE 1

Take part in a 4 hour mountain bike race at Two Creeks Conservation area. Have fun, enjoy the social nature of the typical mountain biker event, and be sure to pedal fast and ride smooth. Also, if you're not fast enough make sure you let everyone know who passes you that you are merely tapering for a 400 km in one day ride next week.


PHASE 2

The very next weekend try your hand at the Fort 2 Fort.


Take a crack at the century x 4 route option, embrace the suffering that logging 12 hours plus of saddle time can only provide, and if you come out the other end and still wanting to ride a bike ever again then congratulations, training plan complete.
