Weeks (months) of training culminating into a less then ideal race gave way to some down time.
Down time was productive, but not in a cycling way, so now comes the up time (??) in regards to cycling.
Next Monday Night Worlds (the 18th) will be rolling from A-Bikes @ 6 pm.
