Clinic No.1 is in the books - it's safe to say that some knowledge was dispersed.
20 plus cyclists [21 to be exact] showed up to learn the finer points of participating in some cyclo-crossing. Did you know that when you dismount your bike, you unclip your left foot first? Of course you didn't. Thankfully 20 plus of us know now.
Is your mind still blown from the unclipping-your-left-foot-first tip? Then perhaps you should consider attending the next clinic on Wednesday October 10th.
Had a great time and learned quite a bit...like I need to work on running and jumping over barriers!
