Weekend Day No.1

It had been awhile since a road ride was attempted. The slower grind of cross and mountain bike riding was quickly spun out of the legs as the higher cadence of road prevailed.

It was a good opportunity for one of the riders to test out a new bike equipped with a slick new groupset. So it seemed only appropriate to ride over both tarmac and gravel.

Verdict: an electric drivetrain is really tempting.
